Forgive To Live Course – Just What Are You Getting?

Here is a quick List of what you will receive.

TEN FORGIVE TO LIVE COURSE REPORTS – You can see these on the Main Page of this website.  Each Report is just 4-5 pages; Your Forgiveness Process is broken down into 10 manageable steps. You may need just 3-4 days to action each step or it may take you a week to process a particular Forgiveness Process that you find more difficult.  Instead of trying to fix everything all at once, we break it down into 10 manageable steps.

An ACTION GUIDE – Usually 1 to 1.5 pages long.  A Sample appears below.

A CHECKLIST that you can check off item by item.  Usually 1 page long.  A Sample appears below.

Simply Reading the Report will NOT fix anything.  You need to TAKE ACTION on what you read. Then you need to CHECK that the Process has been completed.  These 3 things work together to ensure that you get RESULTS!

ACTION GUIDE ONE – A Real Example From The Course

Below is Action Guide 1, so that you can see what Action Guides look like.  They help you actively apply the key teachings from our course on overcoming bitterness and fostering forgiveness. Walk through each step to integrate these concepts into your life.

  1. Reflect on the Impact of Bitterness: Take time to understand how bitterness may be affecting your life negatively. Identify areas where it has held you back or caused emotional distress.
  1. Personal Recognition of Bitterness: Acknowledge moments when bitterness makes you feel undeserving of a better life. Reflect on specific instances where this emotion has influenced your thoughts.
  1. Proactive Reduction of Bitterness: Actively work on minimizing bitterness in your life. Consider strategies that can help you reduce its impact on your overall well-being and work (examples in the full Report).
  1. Shift Focus Away from Wrongs: Consciously redirect your focus from dwelling on past wrongs and the people who wronged you. Engage in activities that help you shift your mindset towards positive, empowering thoughts.
  1. Positive Thought Replacement: Work on replacing negative thoughts with positive ones to boost your self-esteem. Practice affirmations that promote self-love and acceptance.
  1. Application of Forgiveness in Goals: Use forgiveness as a tool to achieve your goals and enhance your overall happiness. Consider situations where forgiveness could pave the way for personal growth.
  1. Personal Benefit of Forgiveness: Recognize and embrace how forgiveness primarily benefits you, improving your health, peace, and overall happiness.
  1. Actively Letting Go of Bitterness: Take conscious steps to let go of bitterness, even when it’s challenging due to past pain or trauma. Practice forgiveness as a means of personal growth and peace of mind.
  1. Acknowledgment of Your Personal Forgiveness Capacity: Acknowledge your own ability to forgive and move forward from past incidents. Understand that forgiveness is a personal strength.
  1. Decision to Replace Negativity: Decide to release bitterness and actively replace negative emotions with positivity. Choose to focus on personal happiness and peace.
  1. Awareness of Bitterness Impact on Self-Doubt: Notice how bitterness can lead to personal self-doubt, hindering your ability to reach your highest goals. Challenge yourself to overcome self-limiting beliefs.
  1. Belief in Achievable Goals: Develop a strong belief that letting go of bitterness can make any personal goal achievable. Cultivate optimism in your ability to reach your aspirations.
  1. Practice Forgiveness in Daily Communication: Practice saying “I forgive you” personally, even when others don’t sincerely ask for forgiveness. Use forgiveness as a tool for healing and personal growth.
  1. Mindful Reminders for Personal Peace: Remind yourself daily that your peace is more important than holding onto bitterness. Actively replace personal anger with cheerfulness and positivity.
  1. Evaluate Progress with a Yes/No Checklist: Regularly use the yes/no checklist to evaluate your progress in letting go of bitterness and fostering forgiveness. Track your personal growth and celebrate small victories.

This is pretty much a 1-page Summary of the 4-5 page Report, which is detailed and includes real-life examples.  There are 10 of these.

Here is an example of the Checklist:

Forgive To Live Course - Checklist for Learning To Forgive

Learning to Forgive is a 3-Step Process.

1. Read the Report – This will get you started.  BUT without ACTION nothing much will happen.  Taking Action WILL bring Results.  EVALUATING your Results will highlight what has been successfully fixed and what needs a little more work.

Do NOT be in hurry.  It may take 4 to 6 weeks of your life – BUT the results will dramatically change the Rest Of Your Life!  Take it 1 Step at a Time.

The BIG Surprise!

Let’s say you started this because you got fired from your job (just an example, insert your trauma).  You may find in 4-6 weeks you have totally got over the trauma and are back to where you where before.

But you may find you are actually FAR BETTER than you where before.  On fixing your exact problem you will almost certainly fix things that were NOT in the original project! If (using our original “fired from your job example”) you realize you had fallen into the habit of snapping at people – you will fix that too!

Understand that this Forgive To Live Course is not really fixing problems –
It is Self Improvement; Enjoy the journey!
